New recipe(s) from Culinary Shades


Hi Reader,

Hope you are doing well.

Finally, I have recovered and all set to make and share new recipes.

Today, I want to share with you that over last 9 months I have been transitioning to freshly milled flour.

I have been slowly replacing the store bought flour with freshly milled ones.

My first step is Indian roti. I have experimented with different types of wheat berries and finally found the sweet spot which makes soft roti just like with store bought flour.
